Ilse made these flapjacks for Sunday breakfast today. The recipe is from Happy Days with the Naked Chef and are oil free and sugar free – great!
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
115 g flour
1 heaped t baking powder
140 ml milk
pinch of salt

Add the milk to the yolks, whisk, then add the flour and baking powder little by little, mixing it to a smooth batter.

At this point sprinkle your chosen flavouring onto the uncooked side before flipping the pancake over.Ilse didn't add flavourings, but think about this: fresh corn from the cob, crispy bacon, banana, stewed apple, cinnamon, blueberries, grated chocolate....







What a great recipe! I’ll definitely try it for the kids! Nice that it’s so healthy – only thing is, I’m sure they’re gonna want syryp on it….
